‘Race Based Law Not Fair To Anyone’

Lawyers continue to be the main beneficiaries of Race Based Law:

“The federal ‘Liberal’ government has spent more than $110,000 fighting a ‘First Nations’ {‘descendant of Siberian settlers’} girl in court to block payment for orthodontic treatment that cost just $6,000, according to documents released under the ‘Access to Information Act’ and shared with ‘CBC News’.

‘Speaking The Truth’

“The {Chinese aboriginal} chairwoman of the Senate committee on ‘aboriginal people’ is asking a Conservative senator to rethink her place on the committee after she said there were positive aspects to Canada’s residential school system {An obvious truth…}.

“Conservative Lynn Beyak made the comments…in the Upper Chamber, saying that the government-funded, church-operated schools…were not all bad.

“Committee chairwoman Lillian Eva Dyck {Member of the Gordon ‘First Nation’ {a ‘nation’ of 3,643 people} in Saskatchewan, and a first generation Chinese Canadian

says Beyak’s comments were seen as being ‘ill-informed’ {? See links at bottom} and insensitive, especially to the ‘survivors’ {‘former students’} of residential schools and their descendants. Continue reading ‘Speaking The Truth’

‘Canada’s Newest Tribe’

Instead of ending Segregation and Race Based Law, our governments are still engaged in expanding them:

“…in 2008 the Government of Canada and the Federation of the Newfoundland Indians reached an agreement to create the new Qalipu Mi’kmaq Indian ‘First Nation’.”

‘Pushing Native Spirituality In Prison’

“Canada’s federal prisons are paying significantly more each year for ‘indigenous’ {‘Siberian settler’} spiritual services than for all other religions combined.

erblpushingnativespiritualityinprison800x800

“‘Indigenous’ populations are ‘grossly overrepresented{fairly represented} in the prison population, a systemic issue {Due to bad cultural attitudes}. But statistics show that only five per cent of offenders identify as having “native spirituality”.

“Still, the ‘Correctional Service of Canada’ (CSC) is spending $8 million annually on sustaining spiritual services for those offenders — versus its $6.75 million ceiling for other religions.  Continue reading ‘Pushing Native Spirituality In Prison’

‘Symbol Of Colonialism’

“Forget Halloween costumes and yoga, there’s a new symbol of cultural appropriation—the canoe.

erblsymbolofcolonialism800x800

“According to Misao Dean, ‘Professor of English’ at the University of Victoria {of course}, the canoe can be a symbol of ‘colonialism’, ‘imperialism’ and ‘genocide’ due to history. She also accused the canoers of ‘cultural appropriation’ because they are primarily ‘white’ men and have a ‘privileged’ place in society.

‘Deconstructing The Aboriginal Industry’

“The ‘Aboriginal Industry’ favours Segregation over Integration…”

“The generally dysfunctional character of aboriginal community leadership and administration remains deeply entrenched because of the influence of an industry of lawyers, consultants and other professionals that benefit from the status quo of native dependency.

“These opportunists encourage a culture of opposition – to virtually any government attempt to improve aboriginal conditions – on the basis of entitlement for past injustices.

“They then, through their advocacy “research”, construct apologetics that justify aboriginal isolation and marginalization.” ERBLDeconstructingTheAboriginalIndustry800x800 Continue reading ‘Deconstructing The Aboriginal Industry’

Ontario Human Rights Tribunal accommodates race bullying of lawyer

It doesn’t get any more hypocritical, ironic, and alarming than a native bringing a “whiteman” lawyer up on charges with the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal for posting a disclaimer on his website to let people know he wrote essays about the ‘Indian Act’ in Canada. Lets be clear, this is not a legitimate discrimination charge, the native man filing the complaint was not discriminated against, or refused service — this is a blatant racist bullying abuse to silence a well-known author and critic of the “Indian Industry”, and to ruin his life. What else is new? Continue reading Ontario Human Rights Tribunal accommodates race bullying of lawyer

Michele Tittler gives it to Perry Bellegarde – Chief race supremacist AFN 2016

You are the grand chief of the “Assembly of First Nations” aka, “the gang of UNELECTED race supremacists of various earlier migrant tribes in Canada”, and I, Michele Tittler, am holding you and your elitist gang accountable for inciting hate against Canada, and everyone who is not your race, in particular this so-called “whiteman” you teach your people, (aka your race) to blame, abuse, extort from, discriminate against, TAKE THEIR LAND, and dehumanize. ‘Who owns culture?’

“Scholarship cannot thrive if limits are placed on who can investigate the past, or if lines of investigation are shut down. The Western traditions for the production and disposition of knowledge…are the best way to research history and culture.” ERBLWhoOwnsCulture800x800“In America, Canada, Australasia and even parts of Europe, since the 1990s ‘indigenous’ people have been granted extensive control over art and artefacts in museums. Museum policies mandate the active involvement of ‘source communities’…in decisions about exhibitions, research and the care of objects.

“An unfortunate elision is made between someone’s ethnicity and their authority to speak definitively about cultural artefacts, which excludes those who do not share that ethnicity, despite their expertise.

“It has meant the disappearance from public display of important material. Artefacts are segregated and access to them limited if they are sacred or have ceremonial status. Continue reading ‘Who owns culture?’

‘Aboriginal Reserves Sue For $3 Billion’

“Oil-producing Saskatchewan ‘First Nations’ have launched a class-action lawsuit against the ‘Government of Canada’, claiming it mismanaged developing the resources on ‘First Nations’.  ERBLAboriginalReservesSueFor3Billion800x800“The class-action lawsuit claims that the federal government owes the ‘First Nations’ an estimated $3 billion, because the government agency that is responsible for protecting their oil and gas resources has allowed the natural resources to be drained away for decades without demanding that ‘indigenous’ communities be compensated…  Continue reading ‘Aboriginal Reserves Sue For $3 Billion’
