‘Happy Sir John A. Macdonald Day’

Despite the ongoing attempts of the racist Aboriginal Industry and its foolish ‘allies’ to diminish his accomplishments and demean him personally, fair-minded Canadians – and that’s most of us – will take a moment to give thanks to the man who, more than any other, stubbornly kept pushing for his vision of what became Canada.

“Sir John A., in my opinion, is the ‘godfather of genocide’.”

“A group of ‘indigenous’ protesters in Ontario is taking credit for chasing the name of Canada’s first prime minister off the name of a local pub.

“It’s a huge victory for us,”
said Theresa Eagles, a member of ‘Idle No More Kingston/Katarokwi’.
“There’s {sic} been a lot of people who agree Sir John A. needs to be in a museum. Not in public for everyone to celebrate.”

“This week, the name of ‘Sir John’s Public House’ in Kingston was shortened to ‘The Public House’.

“The owners said it was because of the group’s protests and their desire to honour the ‘spirit of {one-way} reconciliation’ as the country grapples with the {partly} negative legacy of the Indian residential school system.

“A system Sir John A. Macdonald is credited with supporting and enforcing.

“One of the reasons that we choose to attack symbols like John A. in Canada, as well as many other approaches to the activist work we do here, is because there’s these symbols of Canada (that) are symbols of racism and symbols of our ‘genocide’ and our oppression,”
said Krista Lukes, another member of ‘Idle No More’.
“He’s hugely celebrated here.”

“The name change, which is getting cheers and jeers on social media, is one of many ways ‘indigenous’ people want to build a more inclusive community, Lukes added.

“In Kingston, it’s a long fight. We’ve been protesting the celebration of John A. for five years.”

Fans of Macdonald usually raise a glass publicly by his statue in town as his birthday is celebrated this week. Lukes said that event was cancelled last year after her group set up a demonstration.

“The way such monuments are being viewed is under debate following protests and violence in the United States. Macdonald, as a founder of the Dominion of Canada, has a legacy associated with treaties, residential schools and the ‘Indian Act’.

“Sir John A., in my opinion, is the ‘godfather of genocide’,”
added Eagles.
“The fact that Sir John A.’s pub has changed their name, I believe, is a huge step in the right direction for us.”

“The activists now have their sights set on getting rid of the Macdonald statue and a train marked in his honour across from City Hall. However, they are expecting opposition like they saw in September.

“Lukes said the pub called the police when they protested a drinking promotion in Macdonald’s name.

“As long as symbols of our oppression are celebrated as a source of pride, we’re going to continue to have a lot of work to do to fight racism,”
she said.

Macdonald is considered one of Kingston’s heroes and the pub reflects that. The building served as his law office from 1849-60.

“Memorabilia and menu items in his names will remain, the owners said.”

–‘Removing John A Macdonald’s name ‘victory’ for Idle-No-More’,
Kathleen Martens, APTN, January 10, 2018

http://aptnnews.ca/2018/01/10/removing-john-a-macdonalds-name-victory-for-idle-no-more/

“Controversy is brewing over the legacy of Sir John A. Macdonald and whether elementary schools in Ontario should bear his name.

The ‘Elementary Teachers Federation of Ontario’ is pushing to remove the name of Canada’s first Prime Minister from a handful of schools across the province

“The ETFO said using Sir John A. Macdonald’s name creates an ‘unsafe environment’ for kids to learn and work in because Macdonald was a supporter of residential schools back in the 1800’s… {What hysterical, immature nonsense…}

“Over the years, a number of protests have been held in Kingston during Sir John A. Macdonald celebrations. The {racist} group, “Idle No More”, has participated. Member, Natasha Stirrett, said the peaceful demonstrations are meant to highlight the Prime Minister’s role in establishing residential schools.

“We wanted a peaceful demonstration that raised awareness and builds communities in terms of having conversations of why it is not OK to celebrate genocidal historical figures,”
said Stirrett.

“Schools aren’t the only facilities to bear Sir John A. Macdonald’s name. Buildings and highways are also named after him and he’s featured on the $10 bill.

“It’s unclear whether the call by the elementary teachers union will influence school boards to consider stripping his name from schools.”

‘Enough Of Us Hating Ourselves’

“Europeans and those from other continents who immigrated legally to Canada and their descendants, have a right to live here equal to that of any ‘indigenous’ person.”

“It is surely time for a serious, non-partisan, open-minded public policy discussion of the subject of ‘indigenous people’ {‘descendants of Siberian settlers’}. I believe there is a very strong consensus that everyone wishes them well; most people acknowledge that the native people have some legitimate grievances and want to address them, and almost everyone acknowledges that official policy in this area has been unsuccessful. And a great many people are tired of the issue and impatient for a change in the ambiance of ever-greater expense and more militantly-expressed native grievances.

“The federal Ministry of ‘Indigenous’ and Northern Affairs spends approximately $10 billion per year and there are substantial expenses in this area in some other departments, and by provincial and territorial {and municipal, and regional} governments. There are about 1,500,000 ‘indigenous’ people, of all descriptions, in a Canadian population of some 36 million. ‘Indigenous’ people are about two to three per cent of the populations of Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island, five to seven per cent in Newfoundland, Alberta, and British Columbia, around 15% in Manitoba and Saskatchewan, and rather more than 50% in the three territories combined.

“Despite the fact that many hundreds of billions of public dollars have been spent with constructive intent in Canada in this field since the Second World War, and for decades Canadian courts have generally been very sympathetic to the petitions and legal demands of native groups and individuals, it is not discernible that their condition, quality of life, or socio-economic levels of achievement have progressed much. Everyone regrets this and very few people claim to have much idea of what to do about it. It is a highly-sensitive issue and any discussion of it is fraught with the explosive danger of being construed as racist, reactionary or misanthropic. I am none of those and I think that most people can agree that any analysis of this subject must begin with a recitation of facts, some of which conflict with conventional wisdom and the habitual case advanced by nativist militants.

Most of the ‘indigenous’ were nomads. They did not occupy this country in the conventional sense, though it is easy to think otherwise when almost every ceremonious official begins all public remarks with a reference to the native group that was traditionally, in pre-European times, at or near the place where they are speaking. They did not build many structures intended to be durable, and mainly lived in tents which they moved frequently (or igloos). The exceptions were fairly-rudimentary wooden structures, which is why the location of unsuspected burial grounds creates such controversy when raised as evidence of an ancient settlement. The natives were themselves immigrants, across the Bering Straits between Siberia and Alaska….

“The ‘indigenous’ people were extremely skilled in various handicrafts, and as woodsmen, hunters, and warriors; they were physically remarkably strong and nimble and had a life expectancy approximately equal to Western Europeans at the time of contact. But the claim that the civilization the Europeans found in what is now Canada was in any other sense competitive with that of Western Europe is nonsense.

Aboriginal Chiefs,1867 (Photo–Archives Canada (F. Dally))

“For all its failings, this was the Europe of Shakespeare, Descartes, Galileo, Michelangelo and Leonardo. Many of the things we think of as touchstones of an advanced technological society — agriculture, written languages, metallurgy and knitted fabrics and materials — were largely or entirely absent. Even the wheel was not to be found.

“It is also bunk that the Europeans invaded and usurped an ‘indigenous’ “nation” or group of nations, in the manner that is now often implied, similar to how Nazi Germany invaded Poland or the Netherlands. The country was very sparsely populated and no native group or authority purported to govern anything larger than mainly itinerant bands or tribes, or to have borders or any concept of national space and jurisdiction.

Europeans and those from other continents who immigrated legally to Canada and their descendants, have a right to live here equal to that of any ‘indigenous’ person.

“Frequently-made allegations of attempted genocide against ‘indigenous’ people by Canadian governments rest on one written command by the agitated British general Jeffery Amherst during the Seven Years’ War that perhaps a communicable disease could be put in some blankets distributed to rebellious Indians, but nothing came of it, and the incident did not occur in, and has nothing to do with, Canada
{See: http://freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1417518/posts }

The claim of ‘cultural genocide’, an attempted transposition of the concept of physical extermination — as in Nazi death camps — to education, is also fraudulent. As I have written here and elsewhere before, it is scandalous that the present federal chief justice would fasten the prestige of her position to such a monstrous defamation {!}

“It was misconceived and unevenly administered and much horror and great sadness resulted. But the alleged desire of Justin Trudeau to ask Pope Francis for an apology is an outrage {!}. The churches involved were carrying out government policy. And the national inquiry into missing and murdered Aboriginal women is itself another flawed exercise. There are 164 missing Aboriginal women, and there have been, since 1980, about 1,100 Aboriginal women murdered, and about 90% of those murders have been solved — a similar proportion to the success of homicide investigations for non- ‘indigenous’ women. The plight of Aboriginal women is tragic and distressing, but we already know many of the reasons behind it, and could begin meaningfully addressing them today while sparing us the expense and delay of an inquiry that has been dysfunctional from the very outset.

“This federal government should stop truckling to this Anglo-French-Canadian self-hate, which is a blood libel on French and English-speaking Canadians. It should restore the ‘Accountability Act’ of the Harper government and impose a reasonable standard of conduct on the most autocratic native leaders. A referendum should be held among native people offering a series of generously-funded options, from assisted integration in the society of the whole country to continued separateness {? No…}, but with assurances of responsible local government and meaningful employment, even if in useful forms of workfare. And there must be some theory of eminent domain for the national interest in matters like the ‘Kinder-Morgan’ pipeline, with equitable compensation where appropriate.

“There are many splendidly motivated and very qualified experts in this field, native and non-native. The governments should avail themselves of them and end this long slide into deepening victimhood unjustly laid at the door of the whole population of Canada. Almost all Canadians are altruistic and want treaties that have been violated to be honoured with compensation {on BOTH sides}. But they are tired of grovelling to complainants, many who are not blameless in their own condition, and of courts even accepting to hear such nonsense as the claim that Ktunaxa ‘Nation’ of 800 people would suffer religious persecution by the departure of the spirit of the grizzly bear from a mountain in the Kootenays if a ski area were built on part of that mountain, and that they had been inadequately consulted under the ‘Charter of Rights and Freedoms’ after 25 years of intense good faith negotiation.

{This Isn’t Religion, It’s Madness{June 1, 2016}: https://endracebasedlaw.wordpress.com/2016/06/01/this-isnt-religion-its-madness/ }

“In this as in some other matters, Canada must behave as the mature and well-motivated country that it is, and condemn efforts to portray John A. Macdonald, chief founder of the country and a great statesman even in the era of Lincoln, Bismarck, Disraeli, and Gladstone, as an evil racist.

From 2014:
Conrad Black — who, aside from anything else, is an historian noted for his voluminous research — has released his newest book, “Rise to Greatness, the History of Canada from the Vikings to the Present”, and is under attack for his accurate portrayal of ‘Indian’ life when Europeans arrived. His response:

“With trepidation, I will violate the advice of Napoleon (first) — and in a civil context and slightly different words, the Duke of Wellington — not to disturb an opponent when he is busy making a mistake.

“Some early reviews of my just published “Rise to Greatness, the History of Canada from the Vikings to the Present”, have, predictably, tried to review me rather than the book… No one has disputed that it is a rigorous and substantiated promotion of a more flattering view of Canada and Canadians than has ever been advanced in any serious work of history before…

“Where I suspect the critics may be preparing and loading siege cannon, and bringing Napoleon and the Duke of Wellington’s maxim to mind, is on my treatment of the native people. I made it very clear that I admired their skill as craftsmen, artists, woodsmen, hunters, their physical prowess, and that they have been treated shamefully, and that we must work much harder than we have to make amends. I gave appropriate attention to those native leaders who played prominent roles in Canadian history, such as General Brock’s ally Tecumseh, the Shawnee leader, and John A. Macdonald’s ally against Louis Riel, Crowfoot, the Blackfoot chief. But where my compulsive opponents are twitching at the temptations of bellicosity is in defence of the civilization of the native peoples at the time of the arrival of the Europeans in North America in the 16th and 17th Centuries.

“Here, I take leave of the Emperor and the Iron Duke, and advise my old adversaries:
‘Don’t do it’.

At the arrival of the Europeans, the original inhabitants of North America shared a Stone Age civilization; they had not discovered the wheel, had barely begun the cultivation of crops or the construction of even primitive permanent buildings, and devoted almost all their energies not required by hunting to constant and purposeless warfare, featuring the torturing to gruesome death of women and children.

Their talents were great and they were often impressive and handsome men and women. They have many just grievances that remain unredressed, but they were millennia in arrears of the civilizations of Europe and would have benefitted tremendously from progress, had that progress been introduced in a far-less-destructive way.

“It is a fine thing that talented novelists such as Chateaubriand with his “beaux sauvages”, James Fennimore Cooper (“Last of the Mohicans” and “The Deerslayer”), and some able contemporary writers should romanticize these native societies; this is excellent literature. But it is fiction, and I am writing history.

“The ‘CBC’ unearthed someone to claim on its website that I was motivated in my reflections on the native people by snobbery and economic condescension. If he wants to stop playing ‘trick or treat’ and write that I am a racist, which is what he was implying, it will be my pleasure to sue him and the outlet he uses for his vitriol, for defamation, as I have successfully sued many others.

“No element of mere controversy should retard the progress of Canada’s recognition of the immense proportions of what this country has achieved these 400 years since Champlain founded Quebec. From a handful of Frenchmen and not many thousands of natives, to one of the 10 or 11 most important of the world’s nearly 200 states; one of the most prosperous, peaceful, and tolerant countries on Earth; the only trans-continental, officially bicultural, parliamentary confederation in the history of the world. Canada has endured the death of fewer than 200 people in civil strife in its autonomous history, and has only participated in four wars in that time — all just, and all victorious.

“Canada is a country of great accomplishment and infinite prospects. Let us celebrate that and how, by the solidity of our people and the high quality of many of our leaders, we got here. Back-biting can be left to other days and less distinguished issues. But if you can’t resist and want to engage over the bucolic glories of the ‘first nations’ when the white men arrived, be my guests, but have no illusions about the figurative scalping that awaits you.”

‘Stand Up for Canada!’

From Halifax, on ‘Canada Day’:
A member of the ‘Proud Boys’ — proud of Canada – is told by an anti-Canadian protester that he can’t display the Red Ensign. He then asks why, since there is a Mi’kmaq flag being flown {talk about ‘Cultural Appropriation’!} and an upside-down Canadian flag, and is told that the Red Ensign is “a flag of ‘Genocide’” — a clearly aggressive and provocative insult on Canada Day. Here’s a partial transcript of the encounter — from the video in the linked article — followed by the ridiculous and embarrassing response by some Canadian military officials – people more concerned with Political Correctness than defending Canada…:

Proud Boy with flag: “So why is she allowed the Mi’kmaq flag but I’m not allowed my flag?”

Anti-Canadian: “You’re not allowed… {?} This is a flag of genocide.”

Proud Boy #2: “This is a country of genocide?”

Anti-Canadian: “Yes, it is.”

Proud Boy #2: “We’re living in a country of genocide?”

Anti-Canadian: “I’m glad you’re now aware of that.”

Proud Boy with flag: “All of that was done with the Union Jack…”

Anti-Canadian: “This is Mi’kmaq territory. This is not Canada.”

Proud Boy with flag: “This is Canada. It might’ve been Mi’kmaq territory.”

Proud Boy #2: “So you don’t have I.D.? You don’t pay your taxes? You don’t have a Medicare card?”

Anti-Canadian: “This is not an argument.”

Proud Boy #2: “Well, it is…”

The anti-Canadian then repeats the prompting from a woman in the background: “You need to have respect… So, please…”

Proud Boy #2: “I feel like we’re being respectful but you’re telling us our country doesn’t exist. We’re celebrating our country today.”

Male voice in background: “It’d be great if you left.”

Anti-Canadian: “You have two choices. You can stay {This is a PUBLIC space! On Canada Day!} but you can’t have your colonial genocide flag, or you can leave.”
{VIDEO edit at this point…}

Proud Boy with flag, speaking to male protester: “…and the founding of everything you see, and the house that you live in. Why don’t you give all that you own, back? Give your sweater, give your pants, give your shoes – give it all back.”

Male protester: “So, between very little and nothing?”

Proud Boy with flag, speaking to male protester: “Yeah, but it’s still not yours, if this is still Mi’kmaq land that everybody here should be handing over to them.”

Woman in background: “Yeah? Then show some pride and get the fuck out of here…”

PHOTO: Anjuli Patil — CBC

A second phone video clip includes the following exchange:

Male protester: “You’ve been respectfully {?} asked to leave.”

Proud Boy #3: “…while you’re flipping my {Canadian} flag upside down…”

Female protester: “Is it yours? {Sarcastically} I just heard you say ‘mine’! Is it yours, pretty boy? I’m sorry if it bothers you…”

Proud Boy with flag: “You’ve defaced the flag of Canada.”

Female protester: “It says ‘Decolonize’. I’m sorry you weren’t taught to read… I don’t like you.”

Proud Boy #3: “Why? You don’t even know me.”

Female protester: “I don’t need to know you. I don’t like you… Go away… Go away… Supremacist…”

Proud Boy #3: “I’m actually Metis.”

Female protester: “No, you’re not.”

Proud Boy #3: “Yes, I am.”

Female protester: “Don’t pull that bullshit….”

Proud Boy #3: “100% true.”

Female protester: “Oh, yeah?”

Proud Boy #3: “Cree and French.”

Female protester: “Oh, yeah? Yeah? … Then show some pride and get the fuck out of here. Go…”

Proud Boy #4: “I have ancestors that died in WW1; then, WW11, and the Korean War that died for this country that you’re defacing here. So, you’re disrespecting MY ancestors.”

Female protester: “If you were here for the beginning of this, you would have heard arguments against all of that. It’s time for you to go, you’re interrupting…”

SUMMARY: The ‘Proud Boys’ couldn’t have been more polite and respectful, particularly in the face of racist, anti-Canadian provocation. Yet, the soldiers are now going to be persecuted. From the always anti-Canadian ‘CBC’…:

“The members of the Canadian Armed Forces who ‘disrupted’ a protest organized by ‘indigenous’ {‘descendants of Siberian settlers’} activists in Halifax on Canada Day will be removed from training and duties as the military investigates and reviews the circumstances, says the country’s top general.

“On Saturday, a gathering of ‘indigenous’ people and activists held a protest at the Edward Cornwallis statue in downtown Halifax. The protest was ‘disrupted’ by five off-duty military members wearing black polo shirts who referred to themselves as ‘Proud Boys’.
{NO mention of the fact that it was an ANTI-Canada protest by aboriginal racists and Leftist anti-Canadians…}

Chief of Defence Staff Gen. Jonathan Vance (Adrian Wyld — Canadian Press)

“We are the nation’s protectors, and any member of the Canadian Armed Forces who is not prepared to be the defender we need them to be will face severe consequences, including release from the forces,”

Gen. Jonathan Vance, chief of defence staff, said in a statement Tuesday night.

{They WERE defending Canada, you twit!}

“What happened in Halifax over the weekend is deplorable, and Canadians should rest assured my senior leadership is seized of the matter,” said Vance. “The members involved will be removed from training and duties while we conduct an investigation and review the circumstances. Their future in the military is certainly in doubt.”

Vance apologized to Canada’s ‘indigenous’ people for the

“behaviour of a few.”

“Canada’s defence minister condemned the actions of the Armed Forces members who disrupted the protest and said there will be consequences for military personnel who

“express intolerance {?} while in — or out — of uniform.”

{It was the Aboriginal racists and Leftists who were expressing intolerance!}

“I want to give you my personal assurance that this kind of behaviour will not be tolerated within the ranks of the Canadian Armed Forces and the Department of National Defence,” Harjit Sajjan wrote in a ‘Facebook’ post Tuesday evening.
https://www.facebook.com/harjit.sajjan.7/posts/708712802664502

“Sajjan said an investigation by the ‘Canadian Forces National Investigation Service’ is underway into the actions of the men who call themselves ‘Proud Boys’

Chief Grizzly Mamma shaved her head as a symbol of mourning during the Edward Cornwallis protest on Canada Day in Halifax. (Anjuli Patil — CBC)

“As one of the {aboriginal race} activists, Chief Grizzly Mamma {who is from B.C.}, was shaving her head in protest, the gathering was ‘interrupted’ by five off-duty military members wearing black polo shirts with yellow trim, one of whom carried a Red Ensign flag.

“The two groups exchanged words. The man who was carrying the flag said,

“You’re disrespecting General Cornwallis.”

“A ‘Facebook’ message that appears to be from Dave Eldridge, one of the men who approached the activists and ‘indigenous’ protesters, told ‘CBC News’ he is part of group called the ‘Proud Boys’, a

“multi-racial fraternal organization.”

“The ‘Facebook’ page of the ‘Proud Boys Canadian Chapters’ says they are

“a fraternal organization of Western Chauvinists who will no longer apologize for creating the modern world,”

and do not discriminate on the basis of race or sexuality.
https://www.facebook.com/ProudBoysCanada/

“Eldridge said in his ‘Facebook’ message that the group had thought the event was an anti-Canada protest and left after learning that wasn’t the case {? The video clearly indicates the anti-Canadian core of their phony ‘ceremony’…}.

“The entire exchange between the two groups lasted about 10 minutes.

“Organizers of the protest said they held the July 1 event there because they felt the statue is a symbol of the systematic persecution of ‘indigenous’ people, past and present.
{See – it WAS an anti-Canada protest, one of a series held across the country…}

Defence Minister Harjit Sajjan (Adrian Wyld — CP)

“Sajjan {pathetically and unnecessarily} apologized to the Halifax Mi’kmaq community and Chief Grizzly Mamma in his ‘Facebook’ post.

“I know my words cannot undo the ‘disrespect’ that was shown to you and your community {What about THEIR diserspect to Canada? You work for CANADA, fool…}. I know our government has much more work to do with respect to reconciliation with {so-called} ‘Indigenous’ Peoples.”

{And how about one more ridiculous apology}:

“Earlier Tuesday, the commanding officer of the Royal Canadian Navy on the East Coast apologized for the actions of the members of the Canadian Forces who were involved in the confrontation.

Rear Admiral John Newton (Photo: CBC)

“Rear Admiral John Newton said that members represent their institution even when they’re off duty and out of uniform in their personal lives.

“I’ll stand here in front of you and apologize to the Aboriginal community, to the whole public community that feels offended by the actions of fellow Canadians who wear the uniform,” he told a group of reporters.

{We’re offended by YOU!}

“Newton said he followed social media response to the incident {Aboriginal race activists are all over ‘Twitter’ and ‘Facebook’, the hypocrites…} and sat down with the group to explain that their actions didn’t represent the military…

“The perception I took is exactly what the people at the Cornwallis monument took {Anti-Canadian… YOU should be investigated.}. It didn’t allow them to have the space to have their own views and to express them. It tried to counter them.

“It’s just the wrong place for our soldiers, sailors and our men and women to be, and they certainly shouldn’t be congregating even outside of that, representing those kinds of {pro-Canadian} views.”

{In other words, soldiers can NEVER express their objections to traitors who would bring down Canada. Political correctness is costing these people their sanity!}

“Rebecca Moore, a Mi’kmaq {anti-Canada} activist who was at the Cornwallis protest on Canada Day, said she was happy to hear the rear admiral apologize on behalf of the offending Forces members {I’ll bet!}

“Newton said the ‘indigenous’ community would be consulted about the ‘Proud Boys’ incident. He said he has good communications with local ‘indigenous’ leaders and would speak to advisers in the community to get guidance {??? You get your ‘guidance’ from your superior officers, not from outsiders with an axe to grind. What in the hell is wrong with you?}.

“Cornwallis, a governor of Nova Scotia, was a military officer credited by the British for founding Halifax in 1749. Later that year, he issued a bounty on the scalps of Mi’kmaq people. There’s been considerable {aboriginal} debate over the use of Cornwallis’s name on public parks, buildings and street signs.”

“Save The Five’ PETITION:
https://www.therebel.media/save-the-five

https://youtu.be/VelZdp5DEAg

“‘Indigenous’ {‘Siberian settler’} activists in Halifax were confronted on Canada Day by a ‘group of men’ {‘Canadian activists’} who claimed to be members of a “Western chauvinist” organization called the ‘Proud Boys’.

“Chief Grizzly Mamma led a ‘ceremony’ {shaving her head} on Saturday near the statue of Edward Cornwallis, Halifax’s founder, who established the ‘policy of genocide’ against the Mi’kmaq people.
{That’s another outright lie from the ‘CBC’. See our next post: ‘Demonizing The Past — Cornwallis’.}

“She was briefly interrupted by five men decked in black polo shirts and carrying a Red Ensign flag, Canada’s predecessor to the Maple Leaf.

“The men — who have since been identified as members of the Canadian Armed Forces — said Grizzly Mama was “disrespecting” Cornwallis.

“The ‘Facebook’ page of the ‘Proud Boys Canadian Chapters’ says it is

“a fraternal organization of Western Chauvinists who will no longer apologize for creating the modern world.”

“And according to Will Sommer, a {Left-wing} Washington-based political reporter for the ‘Hill’, the group was actually started last year by Gavin McInnes, the Canadian co-founder of the media outlet ‘Vice’ turned…commentator. In the past, McInnes has admitted he is

“becoming anti-Semitic”.

{Another deliberate CBC distortion. McInnes is also funny and that comment was a sarcastic aside when he was complaining about Israelis overdoing their self-promotion while he was visiting Israel…}

“Sommer says they generally tout “traditionalist” views.

“Their mottos include:

“West is best,” “Glorify the entrepreneur,” “Venerate the housewife” and “I won’t apologize for creating the modern world.” …

“Down here in the U.S., they’re…very big fans of [U.S. President] Donald Trump, for example,” Sommer said.

{The hysterical CBC — with no regard for McInnes’ legendary humour — then accepts this at face value}:

“According to Sommer, who has sifted through ‘Proud Boys’ social media pages, there are four steps, or “degrees”, to becoming a Proud Boy.

–Declare yourself a ‘Proud Boy’.
–Take a beating from other ‘Proud Boys’ while naming five breakfast cereals.

“This seems bizarre, but the theory behind it sort of prepares you to think on your feet and think when your adrenalin is pumping,” Sommer said.

–Get a ‘Proud Boys’ tattoo.
–Get into a physical fight with a Left-wing protester.

“They also take something of a vow of self-celibacy.

“You have to subscribe to McInnis’s philosophy of #NoWanks, which means you can only masturbate once a month,” Sommer said.

“He believes that too-frequent masturbation or pornography has sort of sapped the will of the modern man.”

“Sommer says the ‘Proud Boys’ are part of a movement called “the alt-light” — a less extreme version of the so-called “alt-right”, whose self-billed leader Richard Spencer espouses blatant white supremacism and anti-Semitism.

“They are, in fact, the foes of those people. They are what is called civic nationalists. There is growingly, at least in the United States, a divide between these two groups,” Sommer said.

“That said, the ‘Proud Boys’ Canadian ‘Facebook’ page contains posts that are critical of Islam, mock people who use “they/them” pronouns, and boast about white men’s contributions to technological advancements.
{Sounds fine!}

“Sommer said women are not allowed in the group, although there is a sister organization. The ‘Proud Boys’ do, however, accept gay and non-white members…”

“On ‘Canada Day’, five servicemen heard there was an anti-Canada rally going on in a local park in Halifax.

“They went to check it out and were immediately swarmed by Left-wingers who told them they may not enter the park carrying the Canadian flag because it’s a flag of ‘genocide’.

“The protesters were carrying an upside-down Canadian flag with the word “Decolonize” written on it. The servicemen peacefully asked the mob a few questions and then quietly left.

“Since then, the far Left and the media have turned this innocuous story into a case of “Nazis” disrupting an ‘indigenous’ religious ceremony.

“The servicemen are part of a multiracial men’s club called ‘The Proud Boys’ which is anti-Nazi, not to mention that two of the five servicemen are Metis and another is gay.

“Top military officials in Canada have run with this narrative, apologized to the mob and said the servicemen are facing

“severe consequences”.

This is a witch hunt.

“It’s despicable and we should be embarrassed that we treat our soldiers and sailors this way. We ask these men to die for our country and fight under our flag and then ruin them for daring to ask a few questions at a protest.

“When this petition reaches 10,000 signatures, I will fly to Halifax and personally deliver it to Rear Admiral John Newton of the Canadian Navy.

“Help save these five servicemen by signing the petition:

‘The Petition’:
The five servicemen who peacefully protested an anti-Canada demonstration must be exonerated by Rear Admiral John Newton of the Royal Canadian Navy.”

The CBC later apologized for this interview, saying they forgot to slander Gavin McInnes about (tongue-in-cheek) ‘anti-Jewish’  remarks he previously made. They also apologized for being too journalistic, and not confrontational enough. And, of course, the racist CBC apologized for not having an “indigenous voice” on the broadcast. ‘Changing Canada’s Citizenship Oath’

“New Canadians will soon promise to honour {dishonest interpretations of} treaties with ‘indigenous’ {‘Siberian settler’} peoples as part of their oath of citizenship.

“The mandate letter for new Immigration Minister {Somalian-born refugee} Ahmed Hussen lists making the change to the swearing-in ceremony as one of his key priorities, along with enhancing refugee resettlement services and cutting wait times for application processing.

“According to the mandate letter, the proposed change is to reflect the {Partial} Truth and {One-way} Reconciliation Commission’s calls to action.

“That reads:

“We call upon the government of Canada to replace the Oath of Citizenship with the following:

“I swear (or affirm) that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, Queen of Canada, her heirs and successors, and that I will faithfully observe the laws of Canada, including treaties with ‘indigenous’ peoples, and fulfil my duties as a Canadian citizen.”

“The current oath does not include the words

“including treaties with ‘indigenous’ peoples.”

“The call for action was among 94 recommendations from the {Partial} Truth and {One-way} Reconciliation Commission in December, 2015.

{One-sided to the point of being racist, the document can be found here:
http://www.trc.ca/websites/trcinstitution/File/2015/Findings/Calls_to_Action_English2.pdf }

“Another recommendation called on the federal government, in collaboration with national ‘indigenous’ organizations, to revise the information kit for newcomers to Canada and the citizenship test to

“reflect a more inclusive history of the diverse Aboriginal peoples of Canada.”
{4% of the Canadian population, and not involved in the founding of Canada…}

“That would include {incorrect} information about the treaties and the {one-sided} history of residential schools, according to the document.

“Immigration and ‘Indigenous’ affairs officials are consulting with members of the ‘indigenous’ community {There isn’t an “indigenous community”…} to ‎develop wording for the oath that meets the TRC recommendations.
{Without the participation of the other 96% of Canadians…}

“I think that we have an ‘obligation’ to always look at things through the lens of recognizing and honouring the ‘indigenous’ community in Canada,” {Why?} Hussen said Thursday. “And our citizenship process, our citizenship programming, will definitely aim to do that.”

Murray Sinclair served as chairman of the {Partial} Truth and {One-way} Reconciliation Commission. (The Canadian Press - Adrian Wyld)

{Aborginal Race activist} ‘Independent’ Senator Murray Sinclair, who served as TRC chairman, said the final wording will likely require some adjustment, but welcomed the move to include ‘Aboriginal {race} rights’ in the citizenship oath as a way to educate immigrants about the history of ‘indigenous’ people in the country.

“He said it is critical for newcomers to be taught about the legacy of the past.
{Like how aboriginals were taught to read and write? Or the legacy of the Iroquois genocide of other tribes??}

“It’s not just about the wording of an oath. It’s about ensuring that those who are coming to live in this country permanently in the future are also ‘well-informed’ {in a one-sided, racist fashion}, so when they do take the oath, it has more meaning for them,” he told ‘CBC News’.

“‘NDP’ ‘indigenous’ affairs critic {and aboriginal Race activist} Romeo Saganash agrees there must be ‘proper training’ {in the aboriginal narrative} and tools to help newcomers understand the weight of their words.

“It’s highly symbolic but highly important,” he said.

romeo-saganash

Saganash said it’s equally important for new MPs to make a similar oath to ‘indigenous’ peoples when they are sworn in to office. {?!?!?}

“Tom McMahon, who served as general legal counsel to the TRC, said the government should take the opportunity to reword the entire oath. He said one that honours ‘indigenous’ people but retains a mandatory allegiance to the Queen is incongruent with the “colonialist” past and today’s Charter rights.

“I think it’s out of step with the TRC’s own call to action to renounce the ‘Doctrine of Discovery’,”
he said in reference to a group of 15th century decrees that were the basis of European explorers’ claims to Aboriginal land.

{See below… Naked power was the basis “of European explorers’ claims to Aboriginal land”. This is just another attempt by the Canadian legal profession to further expand the earnings from the Segregationist gravy train – at Canada’s expense, and future…}

“The TRC report calls for a repudiation of the concept of European sovereignty over ‘indigenous’ lands {Turning Canada and land ownership over to aboriginal control, with the other 96% of Canadians having secondary citizenship, after the ‘First Nations’…} and a reaffirmation of a ‘Nation-to-nation’ relationship between the Crown and ‘indigenous’ peoples.

“This past December, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau {the ‘Fool on the Hill’} announced the creation of an independent national council to help implement the recommendations.

“At the time, Trudeau said his government had already taken action on most of the recommendations that fall under federal jurisdiction, including improved funding for child welfare and for education, and protection for language and culture.

“The government has also launched the inquiry into missing and murdered ‘indigenous’ women and girls, one of the commission’s key recommendations.”

‘TRC’s own report contradicts claim of ‘an act of genocide’

“…The ‘Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada’ (TRC) was clearly moved and deeply troubled by the testimony of thousands of {hand-picked} former Indian residential school students…

“However, as communities across Canada mark the first anniversary of the release of the TRC’s report, it’s worth noting the TRC got some things wrong.

Empathy for former students does not justify how the TRC ignored a considerable body of information in its own report. or its unbalanced account of why the schools were established.

“For example, the TRC’s allegation the residential schools were

“an ‘act of genocide’ under Article 2(e) of the ‘United Nations ‘Convention on Genocide’’”

cannot be substantiated.

“The schools — even at their worst — were not comparable to what the United Nations General Assembly had in mind in adopting ‘Article 2(e)’ in 1948 in response to the Nazis abducting an estimated 400,000 children in occupied Europe.

genocide-paganmediathatbitescanadashiddengenocide

Equating the conduct of the churches and Canadian government to that of Adolf Hitler and the ‘Gestapo’ is totally unwarranted. The TRC should familiarize itself with why Article 2(e) was adopted and, with the benefit of a fuller understanding, withdraw its allegation the Government of Canada committed

“an act of genocide”.

“The TRC claims the Canadian government engaged in

“forcibly transferring children of the group to another group”

— as described in Article 2(e). However, that claim is contradicted by a substantial body of evidence in its own report.

It wasn’t until 1920 that school attendance became mandatory. Even then, the TRC’s report notes:

“In most years, there were more ‘First Nations’ children attending Indian Affairs day schools than residential schools.”

“According to the TRC, there were 28,429 school-age aboriginal children in the 1944-45 school year. Only 16,438 (57.8%) attended school. Of those, 8,865 (53.9%) attended residential schools and 7,573 (46%) attended day schools. The report says:

“This meant that 31.1% of the school-age aboriginal children were in residential school.”

“That also means that 68.9% were not {!}.

As the day-school students were still living in their own homes, they would have been speaking their native language with their parents, siblings and relatives and would not have lost the ability to speak Cree, Ojibwa or any other native language.

The parents of those in the boarding schools on the reserves were most likely away hunting for months at a time — just as so many were before the treaties of 1871-1921.

The TRC records many instances of parents refusing to send their children to the schools, withdrawing their children from the schools and insisting certain changes be made before they would return their children to the schools.
The parents of the estimated 400,000 children abducted by the Nazis had no say whatsoever.

As so many parents refused to enrol their children, the residential schools — which depended on per capita funding from the federal government — were severely underfunded. Many were closed because of lack of students and funds.

It’s worth noting church-run schools for aboriginal children were established decades before the Dominion of Canada came into being and before the out-of-context quotes from Prime Minister Sir John A. Macdonald, Duncan Campbell Scott and others the TRC relied upon to bolster its unsubstantiated {and racist} allegation of ‘genocide’.

“The first Anglican church in Ontario was built on the ‘Six Nations’ of the Grand River Reserve south of Brantford in 1785 — 82 years before Confederation — by the British Crown in gratitude for the important role the Mohawks played in support of the British during the American Revolutionary War.

“By 1830, the Methodists were operating 11 schools for aboriginal children in southern Ontario attended by about 400 students, 150 of whom could read. Ojibwas who had converted to Christianity promoted the church-run schools as a means of rescuing children from the deplorable conditions so many were living in because of widespread drunkenness in Ojibwa communities.

“Many aboriginal people covered by the treaties the newly-formed Dominion of Canada entered into had converted to Christianity, and their children were attending boarding schools established and maintained by the different churches.

A significant number asked for missionaries and education for their children. Those who were Roman Catholic or Protestant demanded teachers from their own denomination.

“Given the significant number of aboriginal people who had converted to Christianity and voluntarily placed their children in church-run schools decades before Confederation, the TRC’s claim the schools were established by the Canadian government as a means of

“destroying the race and culture” of the children’s parents and breaking “the chain of memory that connected the hearts, minds, and spirits of aboriginal children to their families, communities and nations”

cannot be substantiated and should be reconsidered and withdrawn.”

–‘TRC’s own report contradicts claim of ‘an act of genocide’,
Robert MacBain, Winnipeg Free Press, 06/13/2016
(Robert MacBain’s recently released “Their Home and Native Land” is based on interviews conducted with Ojibwa, Mohawk and Cree people.)

http://www.winnipegfreepress.com/opinion/analysis/trcs-own-report-contradictsclaim-of-an-act-of-genocide-382650271.html

COMMENT: “An excellent article. After carefully reading all 2,600+ pages of the TRC, I was also struck by similar conclusions: fewer than one-third of aboriginal children actually attended those hateful places and many aboriginals enthusiastically embraced European culture and technology. I can’t parse the definition of ‘genocide’ as well as many people, but I know that in my mind and conscience, what Canada did was NOT genocide.

Abolish the ‘Indian Act’, eliminate the temptation for chiefs to exploit their people, abolish the reserves and welcome ALL ‘indigenous’ people into the full benefits — and responsibilities and obligations — of being citizens of one nation: Canada.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
“Not sure how one would argue that. Some just use the word genocide too loosely for attention.”
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
“An important article that everyone should read. Many do not realize that the TRC was a political body whose membership had an agenda to push. The media acts as if it is a scientific document.

The idea that these schools equate to ‘genocide’ makes a mockery of the term. This in no way excuses them, but we need to be realistic about the analysis when billions of dollars have now been given out as compensation and many more billions are being demanded.”
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
“I would argue it is progress if we all agree that we should be assisting aboriginal Canadians because they are fellow citizens in need, rather than because of demands for “reconciliation” when the living population has nothing to reconcile. The manufactured guilt only serves to put people’s backs up and hurts more than it helps.”

doctrineofdiscovery

‘Inter caetera: The Doctrine of Discovery’

“Inter caetera (“Among other [works]”) was a papal bull issued by Pope Alexander VI {the ‘Borgia Pope’} on 4 May 1493, which granted to Spain (the Crowns of Castile and Aragon) all lands to the “west and south” of a pole-to-pole line 100 leagues west and south of any of the islands of the Azores or the Cape Verde islands.”

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inter_caetera

Note that it only included Spain. Even if one was to attempt to apply it to all European colonization, it STILL doesn’t apply here {despite ridiculous legal claims to the contrary}, as ALL of the English colonization occurred well after England had rejected the authority of the Pope and the Roman Catholic Church (1533).

It was an American Supreme Court decision in the early 1800s that grounded it in law, but as we pointed out, it’s historical fiction. The reality is that North America was conquered, the same way that tribes were conquered by the Iroquois before the arrival of Europeans (see below).

Attempts to incorporate it in modern Canadian law are utterly foolish and are yet another reason why we must END RACE BASED LAW…
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
“The relationship between law and land in Canada can be traced to a set of fifteenth century theological assumptions that have found their way into both common law and the Canadian Constitution. These assumptions, collectively referred to as the ‘Doctrine
of Discovery’, were initially formulated to mediate rivalries among European states vying for sovereignty rights in the New World. Although there were antecedents to the doctrine, it was Pope Alexander VI who applied them to the Atlantic World of the fifteenth century, in a two-part papal bull known as ‘Inter caetera’. The ‘Doctrine of Discovery’ was the legal means by which {some} Europeans claimed rights of sovereignty, property, and trade in regions they allegedly discovered during the age of expansion.”

which in turn has been cited by courts in Australia, Canada and New Zealand.”

“Through conquest and migration, [The Iroquois] gained control of most of the northeastern United States and eastern Canada. At its maximum in 1680, their empire extended west from the north shore of Chesapeake Bay through Kentucky to the junction of the Ohio and Mississippi Rivers; then north, following the Illinois River to the south end of Lake Michigan; east across all of lower Michigan, southern Ontario and adjacent parts of southwestern Quebec; and finally south through northern New England west of the Connecticut River through the Hudson and upper Delaware Valleys across Pennsylvania back to the Chesapeake.”

“A young Inuit woman addressed the assembly at the ‘UN Conference on Climate Change’ in Marrakesh…on Canada’s behalf.

“According to the ‘National Post’, the Canadian delegation in Marrakesh comprised 17 representatives from various ‘indigenous’ {‘Siberian settler’} groups.

erblsavingtheplanet800x800

“Maatalii Okalik, president of the ‘Inuit Youth Council’, accompanied Minister of the Environment Catherine McKenna to the ‘22nd Conference of the Parties on Climate Change’ (COP 22) where she pleaded for the world leaders to take native communities into account.

“With your continued leadership that will define our future on ‘climate action’, I am hopeful that it is done in cooperation with ‘indigenous’ peoples”, Okalik said.

The Assembly of ‘First Nations’ (A‘FN’) decided to send its own delegation to Marrakesh. Manitoba Regional Chief Kevin Hart and Elder Francois Paulette of the Dene ‘Nation’ are both attending. Their mission is to ensure that ‘First Nations’ {‘Siberian settler’ communities} have “a strong voice” in the plan for ‘climate action’.
{Because they have such extensive knowledge of the climate sciences? Or is it economics?}

‘First Nations’ are in a unique position to be leaders in climate change initiatives because of our knowledge of the sacred teachings of the land {ALL people who live off the land have similar knowledge. It’s NOT racially exclusive…}. We must not be situated as passive recipients of climate change impacts. We must be agents of change in ‘climate action’”, Elder Paulette declared in a communiqué.

“Chief Hart, who is also co-chair on the ‘Chiefs Committee for Climate Change’, insisted on the importance of ‘indigenous’ rights and responsibilities being fully recognized.

“Both he and Okalik alluded to the ‘UN Declaration on the Rights of ‘Indigenous’ Peoples’. Although the Canadian government officially supports this treaty, the Trudeau administration deemed it “unworkable” as a Canadian law.

{‘UN ‘indigenous rights’ declaration is ‘unworkable’ as law’ {July 15, 2016}:
https://endracebasedlawcanadanews.wordpress.com/2016/07/15/un-indigenous-rights-declaration-is-unworkable-as-law/ }

“Although Trudeau is not attending this year, Canada sent a sizable delegation. Several provincial Premiers and environment ministers are there, including Quebec’s Philippe Couillard and David Heurtel. Union representatives as well as environmental advocacy groups like ‘Equiterre’ and ‘Ecojustice Canada’ are also there.

“Okalik’s brief allocution was showcased in Canada’s national statement. The Minister introduced her as

“an incredible young leader for the Canadian Arctic and a strong voice for Inuit youth.”

“The Liberal government seems determined as ever to display its good intentions to include ‘indigenous’ communities in its decisions, at least on social media. On Tuesday, McKenna shared a picture of Okalik on a stage with several ‘indigenous’ leaders on ‘Snapchat’. The picture was captioned

“Amazing panel on ‘indigenous’ role on climate action. I want Canada to be a leader on this.”

‘COP 22’ is a two-week long event{!} Its purpose is to form strategies to reach the goals set one year ago in Paris for reducing greenhouse gas emissions (GHG).

“In November 2015, freshly-elected Justin Trudeau arrived at the ‘COP 21’ with nothing but the…goals set by the Harper government: bring GHG emissions down to 30% under 2005 levels before 2030. But according to the grapevine, Canada will revise its ambitions upwards. ‘Greenpeace Canada’ told ‘La Presse Canadienne’ that Canadian officials in Marrakesh said that the new {absurd} goal was to bring GHG emissions 80% below 2005 levels before year 2050.

The measures to be deployed in that regard are vastly unknown {!}. Last month, the federal government announced that all provinces and territories will have to implement a carbon tax of at least 10$/ton by 2018, to reach 50$/ton in 2022. Canada had already promised $2.65 billion over five years to help developing countries access and create clean technologies. {The prices on EVERYTHING will be going way up…}

“On Wednesday, the government announced a contribution of $2.5 Million to the ‘Climate Technology Centre and Network’ to that effect. The CTCN is an agency created by the UN to help emerging countries access and develop new technologies, both to fight ‘climate change’ and to deal with its effects.

The government also promised an investment of $1.8 Billion to “mobilize” {‘bribe’?} the private sector to do the same.

“A more detailed national strategy is awaited…”

The Myth of Aboriginal Environmental Stewardship’:
“Nothing is so pernicious as the profoundly-racist notion that somehow ‘indigenous peoples’ are genetically endowed with a special relationship, a spiritual kinship, with nature that makes them superior caretakers of the land.”

“…why is so much weight afforded to what is essentially raw, localized experience? If you strip away its spiritual accoutrements, you’re left with little more than the same wisdom that allows a fisherman to gauge impending weather, or derive crude conclusions on the state of fish stocks.”

“Surely, this is common sense. A person of any race or background can, at least in theory, be equally capable of protecting or destroying the environment.”

Mother Earth?’:
“We are constantly lectured by aboriginal supremacists about how ‘white man’ needs to understand our relationship with ‘Mother Earth’, the way that aboriginals ‘inherently’ do. It will therefore come as a surprise to many that ‘Mother Earth’ as a concept in Canadian culture is European in origin and has virtually no history or connection with aboriginal culture or belief – and that’s according to aboriginal elders and ‘scholars’.”

‘This is Ridiculous!’

“Ron Swain, vice-chief with the ‘Congress of Aboriginal Peoples’, told Defence Minister Harjit Sajjan during consultations with ‘indigenous’ groups Wednesday that aboriginal communities deserve the same rights as provincial governments {!?!}, which have the authority under the ‘National Defence Act’ to call in the military to fight civil unrest and during other crises.

erblthisisridiculous800x800

“We believe, in protecting our ‘sovereign territory’ and our issues around environmental concerns, we should be able to trigger the same response and have ‘our Armed Forces’ defending our treaties and ‘our territories’ {otherwise known as ‘Canada’},”

Swain said during a break in the closed-door meeting in Winnipeg that included about a dozen aboriginal leaders and {race advocacy} ‘academics’.

“The meeting, which focused on ‘indigenous’ issues, was one of several discussions Sajjan is holding around the country as part of a broad review of Canada’s defence policies.

“Swain, whose group represents ‘First Nations’ and Métis who do not live on reserve, pointed to the Oka crisis of 1990, when the Quebec government called in the military to try to restore order after repeated clashes between police and Mohawk {illegal} protesters.

“He said ‘indigenous’ communities should be able to call in the military to come to their defence in such cases, or in the event that development that could pose a risk to the environment is taking place without ‘First Nations’ ‘consent’ {!?!}.

Ron Swain, national vice-chief with the Congress of Aboriginal Peoples.(Photo: CBC)
Ron Swain, national vice-chief with the Congress of Aboriginal Peoples.(Photo: CBC)

“Swain cited the current standoff involving the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe in North Dakota over construction of an oil pipeline. {We’re Canadians…and so are you.}

“‘Our people’ {You were just a bunch of warring tribes. What you have in common is skin colour and working the race game to your advantage…} and our communities are very concerned about water and this whole issue about pipelines.”

{We can just envision it: The tribal chieftain calls in the Canadian military to prevent the construction of a pipeline…a pipeline authorized by the Canadian government! THIS is but one future scenario due to the incredible stupidity displayed by the Supreme Court of Canada in their irresponsible rulings…}

“Even municipalities appear to have an easier time getting military intervention, said Swain, who pointed to the 1999 snowstorm in Toronto {Canada’s largest city, during a REAL crisis} that had then-mayor Mel Lastman pleading successfully for army aid.

“A spokesman for Sajjan was noncommittal on the idea.

“We thank ‘vice-chief’ Swain … for bringing this idea to our attention; it is certainly something we will consider as we move forward in the policy review process,” Jordan Owens, Sajjan’s press secretary, wrote in an email.

“Earlier in the day, Sajjan said the meeting would look at a wide variety of topics — everything from the ‘Canadian Rangers’, a largely ‘indigenous’ group of army reserves that helps patrol the North, to job opportunities for ‘indigenous’ youth in the military.

“There are countless stories out there within the military that we do need to share, that we can inspire the younger generation to be able to look at, potentially, the military as a career, but also to look at it as an opportunity for learning and apply it to other careers as well,” Sajjan said.

“Canada’s revamped defence policy is expected early next year and is expected to address everything from overseas military missions to cyber terrorism.”

COMMENT: “One of the signs of being a sovereign nation is having your own military. The notion of ‘nation’ came from the Royal Proclamation of 1763. In it, King George briefly mentioned Indian nations. The English version of nation meant race or tribes at the time. It did not confer statehood… Nor does one sovereign state fund another sovereign state.”
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
“With constant demands that we recognize them as individual nations to the point that some bands call band offices ‘consulates’ and ‘embassies’. They have no right to call on our nation’s military. Furthermore it should be reversed, and the military should be called in to break up illegal blockades and protests they hold on our highways and roadways.”
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
“Time to end the treaties, Indian act, and make the reserves nothing more than small towns, with funding to match any other small Canadian town . If this isn’t good enough for the aboriginals, then fence off the reserves and install border points . No aboriginals with criminal records get on Canadian soil.”
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
“The arrogance and entitlement is unbelievable.
Either be part of Canada or don’t, along with all the financial and social benefits. But decide, and stop holding us hostage.”
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
“We need a government with the courage to end this stupid voluntary apartheid that the aboriginals pretend to suffer under but refuse to allow to be eliminated. Someone is going to have to just say “enough”, despite the inevitable bleating, and stop government support of these futile make-believe “nations”.”
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
“The military is called to defend Canadian interests. You are Canadians but you are NOT ABOVE Canadians. If the military is to be called, it’s to destroy blockades that ‘FN’ put up in protest.”
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
“They are either sovereign or not. If they are sovereign, they need to do their own heavy lifting. If not, then rip up the treaties and integrate into Canada.”

sovereignty
IMAGE: Mac Baren

In the philosophical sense, sovereignty has a certain existential nature, in that the assertion of it is the demonstration of its existence — Sovereignty is the ability to assert and actualize sovereignty. It does not just ‘exist’.

Let’s take Quebec as our example. The State of Quebec constantly vocalizes its sovereignty, but the majority of Quebecers remain unconvinced that full sovereignty — independence — would be desirable. Their reluctance could be due to the risk involved in being “maitres chez nous” {much like the teenager who wants ‘sovereignty’, but doesn’t want to leave the family home}.

But one other ‘existential’ factor would be the ability to enforce one’s ‘sovereignty’, should one try and exercise it. It’s not just the reality of paying one’s own bills, but the fact that one’s sovereignty may clash with another’s — in this case, the exercise of full Quebec sovereignty conflicts not only with the Cree in northern Quebec, but also — and more importantly — with Canada’s.

So, in this case, who exactly is sovereign?
Well, where does the ability to actually exercise sovereignty lie?

Both the Cree and the Province of Quebec take their sovereignty disputes and conflicts to…CANADIAN courts… {And, of course, that is where they both turn for financial help…}

Sovereignty, within the borders of Canada, belongs to the nation of Canada…and it’s past time to start exercising it within our own borders. The ‘First Nation’ of Canada…

ottawa-dayagainstracism-600

And, here’s why tribes don’t have a ‘sovereign’ government:

“A sovereign state is a political organization with a centralized government that has supreme independent authority over a geographic area. It has a permanent population, a government, and the capacity to enter into relations with other sovereign states. It is also normally understood to be a state which is neither dependent on nor subject to any other power or state.” {And that’s not even mentioning military capacity…}

Michele Tittler gives it to Perry Bellegarde – Chief race supremacist AFN 2016

Michele Tittler gives it to Perry Bellegarde – Chief race supremacist AFN 2016

https://youtu.be/0x1P5ErSl-Y

You are the grand chief of the “Assembly of First Nations” aka, “the gang of UNELECTED race supremacists of various earlier migrant tribes in Canada”, and I, Michele Tittler, am holding you and your elitist gang accountable for inciting hate against Canada, and everyone who is not your race, in particular this so-called “whiteman” you teach your people, (aka your race) to blame, abuse, extort from, discriminate against, TAKE THEIR LAND, and dehumanize.

“If our lands and resources are to be developed, it will be done only with our fair share of the royalties. It will be done on our terms and our timelines,” Mr. Bellegarde told the assembly. “Canada is Indian land.” Perry Bellegarde
http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/national/perry-bellegarde-elected-new-national-chief-of-assembly-of-first-nations/article22026566/

The RCMP have been called and I will keep following up until they enforce the criminal code against you for inciting hate against an identifiable group. Section 319.

TO CALL THE ENTIRE LANDMASS OF CANADA “OURS”, AS IN YOUR RACE, IS A RACISM SO REPUGNANT AND DISGUSTING, IT AMOUNTS TO PSYCHOLOGICAL TERRORISM AGAINST LAND OWNERS, BUSINESSES, INDUSTRY AND CANADIANS WHO HAPPEN TO HAVE BEEN BORN NOT YOUR RACE. YOU ARE OUT OF CONTROL BELLEGARDE, AND YOU ARE INFLUENCING ALL THE ABORIGINAL KIDS ACROSS CANADA TO HATE PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT THEIR RACE, AND TO SPEAK TO THEM AS IF IT’S ONLY ONE RACE’S LAND. THAT INCITES RACE SUPREMACY & HATRED, NOT UNITY AND EQUALITY. WE KEEP THE PROOF!

THERE IS NO GREATER RACIST ABUSE DIALOGUE IN THE HISTORY OF CANADA, THAN ONE RACE’S DIALOGUE TERRORIZING HARD WORKING CANADIANS WHO ARE NOT THEIR RACE, TELLING THEM THAT ALL THE LAND BELONGS TO ONLY THEM, OPENLY TEACHING AND INCITING RACIST HATRED AND ATTACKS FROM THEIR YOUTH TOWARDS PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT THEIR RACE.

Canada never did anything like this to the natives. They just tried to protect them and get them ready for the 21st century. No one in our society ever speaks to them and treats them in the unabashedly abusive way their leaders now treat us, “us” being those they perceive as not being their race, mostly “whiteman”.

They had land, and lots of space to exist here, more space than any other race was given for free. They had all the same opportunities everyone else had. We all lost a lot in this new modern world, languages, cultures, homelands, and we all get on with it, yet nothing is ever good enough for them, or so it seems when their leaders never stop promoting race blame. It all gets down to their racism, nothing else. They still nurture hatred for other races living on this land. It’s like an illness of the mind from which their leaders won’t allow their people OR Canada to move on. They keep everyone stuck on the race based blame game narrative, because that’s how they get their millions. It works…kids get online and attack innocent taxpayers whom the kids see as “white” (an identifiable group) and they say such awful things, blame them, bully grown-ups twice their age, and tell people who never did a thing to these kids, to “go home Jew”, and that all of this land belongs to the natives. Kids say that all the time to the identifiable group they call “whitey”, and they learn this hatred and race supremacist bullying from their leaders, their VERY irresponsible, unaccountable leaders whom none of us vote for, not even the grassroots aboriginals.

It has to stop.

EVERYONE ELSE FROM AROUND THE WORLD MAKES IT WORK HERE, GENERATION AFTER GENERATION, NO MATTER WHAT STRUGGLES THEY CAME FROM.

Canadians deserve the right to be as offended by Perry’s racist bullying hate speech, as anyone should have been if Hitler was saying the same things about race supremacy over the land, which, in fact, he did.

The teachings, words, narrative, dialogue and blame game the race baiting propagandists from the 26 billion dollar a year “Indian Industry” of lawyers, lobbyists and UNELECTED, UNACCOUNTABLE Chiefs, have incited hatred in no uncertain terms, and, must be addressed within the framework of the criminal code of Canada. For these race supremacist leaders to openly use a public forum to incite hate against an identifiable group, we Canadians who are “white”, as well as all the other races who live here, is a criminal offense. We kept all the proof that the inciting of hate has indeed filtered down to their youth and spilled out online to bullying people who are not their race. It’s actually a very serious problem, death threats, gang rape threats, threats to burn our houses down, threats to shut down the economy, to get people fired, you name it, we all got it because we were seen as “white” and for no other reason. They all told us this was their land and we could “go home” if we didn’t like it. THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of native youth, teenagers, spoke like bullies to everyone who was not their race.

It’s appalling racist dialogue that came from their race baiting, hate inciting leadership, who depend on keeping up the race divisions and blame game, because it’s their bread and butter…their industry. They get rich off race baiting, blame, division and the misappropriation of our language, while taking advantage of our kindness and empathy.

ANY OPPOSITION TO THEIR RACE SUPREMACY AGENDAS IS CALLED “RACISM”.
Case closed.

Chiefs are not accountable enough, in any direction,not to their own people, not to Canada, not to the United Nations, not to taxpayers, not to anyone, and all they seem to do is use being their race to incite more hate and division among their people, more blame, more passing the buck, while they seem to only be able to concentrate on how to extort more and more and more out of people who are not their race, getting richer and richer, while their people live in squalor, and they tell them it’s Canada’s fault. It’s so much inciting of hate against an identifiable group, it’s toxic to the maximum degree, and has to be dealt with.

The resources in Canada belong to all of us, no matter what race, but look at these race supremacists literally bullying 36 million people who are not their race, TELLING them they are now going to get what is rightfully theirs, for their resources, on their land.

WE DO NOT VOTE FOR THESE CHIEFS. THEY ARE NOT OUR LANDLORDS OR OUR SLAVE OWNERS. Yet that is literally how Perry is speaking to us…us who are not his race…racism.

It’s a racism so huge, so repugnant, so abusive, so disrespectful, so ungrateful, so void of any and all acknowledgement of the millions and millions of men and women who built this nation out of barren, harsh land, when in all that time, the natives just wandered it, and now these leaders, who say they don’t want to “assimilate”, which only ever seems to mean they don’t have to respect Canadian law and our elected officials, or our people, because it sure as hell never means they won’t “assimilate” to all the modern things others bring to this society, now they want to just take over what everyone else built, all based on their race supremacy.

ERBL sm it's 2016 where people pay for land 800x800

And…we are all “indigenous” to mother earth. Using it to elevate only one group is racism. To disregard others as not having the same significance on this land, is racism. I am “indigenous”. I was born here, and no where else.

The Japanese have been “indigenous” to their island for centuries, yet no one there gets free land just because they inhabited the island before other races of people.

In fact, no where in any nation does anyone get free land, except Canadian aboriginals, and even on Reserves the individual grassroots Aboriginal cannot own his/her own home, it belongs to the Chief.

So, if all the land in Canada belongs to the aboriginal CHIEFS, based on the bogus argument that they were here first, then which tribal Chief heir was the first? If it’s about “FIRST” then which one of the 4 different waves of Siberian/Mongolian migrant tribal families arrived first over the thousands of years of slow migration across the Bering Straight?

You can’t have 600+ “firsts”, that’s not what the word “first” means. Shoving “first” and “nations” down our throats when they are both misappropriated from the English language, and the meanings misused, is sly, unfair, and racist. It’s a kind of subversive bullying to MAKE everyone bow to the terms, , to remind everyone just ‘who’ was here first, yet the tribes themselves don’t bow to that pecking order and call each other by their order of 1-600+, it begins and ends with other races of people ONLY.

The aboriginals could come and go at their leisure for centuries, kill each other for land, instead of paying for it like we do now-a-days in modern societies around the world, and not have to ask anyone’s permission to be their race on this land. Yet here they are, and by “they” I mean their race based leaders, literally bullying our entire nation of races from around the world, telling all Canadians who pay rent and mortgages, who are not their race, that in 2016 ONLY ONE RACE IS THE ULTIMATE SUPREMACIST RACE WHO CAN OWN LAND….all based on the one and only lame premise of being here “first”, as if that is some magical rule that makes their racist bullying and abuses ok against innocent taxpayers who paid for land.

AS IF THEY UTILIZED THE MASSIVE LAND MASS IN TOTALITY, OR MINED, OR HAD ANY HISTORY AT ALL OF INDUSTRY AND RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT. Now they want what others worked hard for, for free, simply because of their race and this meaningless argument that being first means race supremacy for all time.

Ok, then, let’s find out who was actually “first”, the FIRST migrant family to arrive, and get this b.s. over with, shall we? They can’t back peddle now and say it’s not about being first when we are all being massively extorted from and bullied and blamed, for exactly that one reason.

The argument that the Canadian aboriginals own all the land, simply because of being their race, is racism. It’s sheer unabashed, unchecked, unapologetic, uncaring, unprecedented, unrelenting, unacceptable racism.

Everyone else pays for land, so technically it’s these race supremacists who are “stealing” it, or trying to. It’s not their land, it’s just their racism.

EVEN IN BRITISH COLUMBIA, TREATIES WERE NOT SIGNED BECAUSE IT WAS A FORGONE CONCLUSION THAT THE LAND WAS CEDED, AND THERE ARE MANY COURT CASES ABOUT IT, THAT SET PRECEDENT. OUR TRUST WAS BROKEN WHEN MODERN DAY RACE SUPREMACISTS TOOK US TO OUR COURTS, ON OUR MONEY, TO TAKE OUR UNITED LANDS FOR ONLY ONE RACE.

(DONATE to help us advertise this post across Canada, so these race supremacist leaders get the message that there is a grassroots pushback on their bullying. I put it all to advertising, every dollar counts. Thanks! 🙂 https://endracebasedlaw.wordpress.com/support-the-cause/

‘Mea Maxima Culpa: The Ruse of Political Apologies’

“It all seems a little bizarre, and a reversal of normal morality, which is…that ‘those who do harm must pay’.

“Instead, we, who did no harm, must apologize publicly for something over which we had no control, and politicians — who stand to gain by appearing morally upright — are extracting money from millions of citizens who were not even alive at the time, using it to pay off descendants who have suffered no harm, and whose only connection to the deemed sins of the past is their blood.” ERBLMeaMaximaCulpaTheRuseOfPoliticalApologies800x800-2“Is there a vague public awareness that we may be engaged in some unspecified evil at the moment, for which we could be taken to task by future generations? And if so, are we trying to alleviate the coming judgement by our children, so to speak, by apologizing now for the actions of those who came before us?

“Why else are we judging our predecessors so harshly, and in such boldly self-confident terms? Why are present-day politicians so eager to pay off survivors (or their descendants) for actions or events deemed quite normal at the time — but considered sins today — with money that is not theirs? …

“Let us be honest. It is far too easy — it is, in fact, exceedingly false and prideful — to judge the actions of our ancestors when we were not there, living through their particular experiences. Indeed, something I find intriguing is the thought that in the very same circumstances, we would behave in much the same way…

“It is interesting to try and determine what human actions today our children will be apologizing for, and paying for, tomorrow.

“If I had to guess, I think they will be crying lots of tears for the native apartheid we are currently operating, at some $8 billion annually {2008}, which makes the residential school stuff look like a tea party…

“You see — there always have been, and always will be, lots of things for which a generation’s children, and their children, will be able to apologize for.”

‘Mea Maxima Culpa: The Political Apology as an Instrument of Public Policy in Canada’

“Given the recent proliferation of official state apologies in Canada, it may be surprising to some that the ‘apologia politica’ is a rather new phenomena, marking what certain authors have described as the dawn of an ‘age of expiation’ (see Olick and Coughlin,2003: 37-38; Barkan and Karn, 2006: 25; Howard-Hassmann and Gibney, 2008: 2-4).

“Indeed, the federal government has issued seven official apologies over the past two-and-a-half decades…beginning in 1988 with Prime Minister Brian Mulroney’s apology for the internment of Japanese Canadians in British Columbia during World War II and lately, in 2010, with Stephen Harper’s apology to the families of the victims of ‘Air India Flight 182’…

“…Canada’s history of official political apologies, which include the 1988 apology to Japanese Canadians for the government’s policy of internment and deportation during World War II;
the 1990 apology to Italian Canadians for their internment during World War II;
the 1998 Statement of Reconciliation to Canada’s ‘Indigenous Peoples’ for Canada’s policy of forced removal and residential schooling;
the 2006 apology to Chinese Canadians for the Chinese head tax and exclusionary legislation;
the 2008 apology to Canada’s ‘Indigenous Peoples’ for its policy of residential schooling;
the 2008 apology to Canada’s South Asian community for the ‘Komagata Maru’ incident;
the 2010 apology to the families of the victims of ‘Air India Flight 182’ for the Canadian government’s institutional failings in responding to the tragedy;
and the 2010 apology to Canada’s Inuit community for their relocation to the High Arctic.

“This recent proliferation should not be mistaken, however, for unanimity over the nature of political apologies. Indeed, whether apologies should be delivered and how, by whom, where and what they include, and most importantly perhaps, what work they perform, have proven to be contested notions, effectively demonstrated in all of Canada’s recent apologies…”

‘This Election, Vote Freedom’

WHO IS WORKING FOR AVERAGE CANADIANS ANYMORE? ERBLThisElectionVoteFreedom800x800I admit I’m a bit depressed about voting in Canada’s 2015 election. I wish there was a visionary who didn’t take no for an answer when it comes to Canadian values — which BTW is not blind tolerance, so that anyone with resentments, hatred, racism, and fascist aggressions can overrule, override or overstep their boundaries with OUR DEMOCRACTICALLY ELECTED GOVERNMENT. It’s democracy and freedom itself we all need to not only vote for, but to fight for. It’s our turn and we need a leader who can stand with us in building this nation as a cohesive entity, not to pander to special interest groups at every hypocritical turn, which only stands to corrode, demoralize and divide our nation.

ALL CANDIDATES NEED TO STOP PLAYING DRESS-UP, IGNORING & PRETENDING RACE LAWS AREN’T A VERY REAL THREAT TO OUR NATION.

Race laws leave us open to Sharia Law. JUST SAY IT.

Every freedom-loving Canadian, natives included, has a reason to stand up and protect our value system, and lately we’ve been threatened by a number of things which promise to take us all backwards, not forwards.

Human rights, civil rights, equality before the law, freedom of speech — these are the things we should be striving for, which our ancestors died for us to have, and we should be expecting it of anyone who stands beside us, or who represents us, or of anyone who wants to be ONE OF US.

TO BE CANADIAN IS THE GREATEST HONOUR & PRIVILEGE ON THE GLOBE!

WE NEED TO STICK TOGETHER AND CARVE OUT OUR DESTINY WITH THE SAME HEART, PASSION AND DETERMINATION IT TOOK TO BUILD THIS GREAT COUNTRY, or we will lose it.

It’s our duty, our debt, and our honour to carry on the legacy of the humble strength of our ancestors, OUR BRAVE VETS BOTH PAST & PRESENT, as well as our present-day urban and rural warriors, who get up every day to serve this great country, THE ONLY SOVEREIGN NATION on this vast land, in more ways than anyone ever counts, pats them on the back for, or seems to even care about.

WHO IS FIGHTING FOR US MILLIONS & MILLIONS OF CANADIANS WHO LOVE OUR COUNTRY AND WANT TO LIVE HERE WITH FREEDOM-LOVING VALUES?

With all this pandering to the most offended groups in Canada, and a climate cult that doesn’t seem able to put feeding kids ahead of their hysteria for pipes, who has time for the real world and the rest of us? These are the same pipes their human waste goes into and they never seem too bothered by that as it goes out to waterways day in and day out, and poses a far greater health and environmental risk, but hey — others take care of that, so protesters don’t have to worry about any of it, just as they also don’t have a clue how to bring energy to anyone. Others do all of that icky hard work — they just attack them for it and think they are saving the planet while they use oil all day, every day, in everything they touch and do.

My father is a water treatment expert, has been for 60 years, along with his world-renowned scientist partner/friend of more years than that. They have been working incredibly hard for a few years on a project to clean up the tailings ponds on the oil sands.

I was raised to not only believe in the ingenuity of mankind, but to see it in action all through my life with my family and the people with whom they did business, and also in sports and the arts.

My lessons were that dreamers, doers of every kind, like brilliant scientists, are the reason we are able to enjoy this amazingly comfortable world in which we currently exist, and that if we just trust our innate human desires to KNOW & UNDERSTAND WHY THINGS WORK THE WAY THEY DO, to learn, to reach, create, discover, unveil truths, solve problems, and ultimately make our existence here better, that’s what we will do. That is what we are built to do.

TO STIFLE ANY CREATIVITY IS TO STIFLE OUR TRUE POTENTIAL AND HINDER OUR FUTURE.

We must maintain the building of a nation where everyone can say what they need and want to say, to explore all sides, all arguments, all perspectives, all possibilities — TO HAVE CONVERSATIONS. The pursuit of knowledge is what brought us to this moment in time, and nothing else should come before it, be it religion, politics, race, or personal feelings.
simple_img_2If anyone for any reason can’t put their personal race/religion/agendas issues aside to be equal with all of us, then that’s their problem and we need to march past it and create the world we dream of for the future.

We were all from the past, we are all indigenous and we are all equal. If we are not fighting for each other EQUALLY, it’s discrimination — so call it ALL what it is, and don’t worry about who’s on the other end of it. The more offended they are, the quicker they’ll figure out that others don’t agree with silencing freedom of speech, or of creating so many divisions based on race or religion. If people can’t get along, why are we catering to them? They can bend to us and our values, since they are and should be the best and highest standards in the world.

What makes us Canadians is that we are from everywhere, every race, every culture, every story, and we all make it work, and in our heart of hearts we all pay varying degrees of homage to the sacred philosophical world of hockey, whether we like or play the sport or not. It’s just the way we unite through play, through hard work and appreciation of great skill, and through comradery in adverse conditions.

Canada….it’s up to us.

We have to tell our politicians what we want, so they can stand up to the perpetually, professionally offended, and know we’re with them. They all get fired for saying the wrong thing that isn’t politically correct — aka, ‘fascism in stopping freedom of speech by shaming and ostracising’ — and we all have to stop catering to it, and be brave enough to have these uncomfortable and sometimes heated and difficult discussions.

Please talk about race laws with your kids, your neighbors, your family, your local politicians, and talk about it in the broader perspective of how the Civil War in America made white men fight white men, to free black slaves. It was not a comfortable transition, but I really do believe we, as Canadians, can move forward with our own civil rights movement, without a war. The aboriginals need us, and they have to stop attacking everyone and start making some friends and allies. They’re going to need them.

Get out and vote. It’s your privilege, and many didn’t and don’t have it.

Ask yourself and your friends what it is to be Canadian. What do you value about being Canadian?

I value that we are all united under one roof. I value that more than I value anything else in life.

PETITION TO THE HOUSE OF COMMONS:

WE, the undersigned citizens of Canada, draw the attention of the Government of Canada to the following:

THAT whereas the Indian Act and Section 91(24) of the Constitution Act, (1867) have divided Canadians by race and heritage; have perpetuated the unequal treatment of Canadian Indians, providing the legal framework for segregation via the reserve system; have prevented reserve Indians from equal provincial educational access; have prevented reserve Indians from having the full legal, economic and property rights and opportunities of other Canadian citizens;

AND whereas the inclusion of Sections 35 and 25 in the Constitution Act (1982) have divided Canadians by race and heritage; have disrupted legal commercial and exploration activities; have introduced legal uncertainty into property ownership; have left some Canadians without proper police protection, as in Caledonia, Ont.; and have left most Canadians with diminished rights with every expansion of ‘indigenous rights’ based on Section 35;

AND whereas the inclusion of “with particular attention to the circumstances of aboriginal offenders” in Section 718.2(e) of the Criminal Code (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-46) has resulted in a two-tiered system of justice, wherein Canadians receive different legal outcomes, depending on their race/ethnic heritage;

AND whereas the United Nations “Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples” contains provisions that are fundamentally incompatible with Canada’s constitutional framework;

THEREFORE, your Petitioners call upon the Government of Canada to take the following actions:

THE passage of the repeal of the Indian Act;

THE passage of the removal of “with particular attention to the circumstances of aboriginal offenders” in Section 718.2(e) of the Criminal Code (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-46);

THE removal of Canada’s signature from the United Nations “Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples”;

THE calling of a Constitutional conference, pursuant to Section 35.1 of the Constitution Amendment Proclamation (1983), leading to the repeal of Sections 35 and 25 of the Constitution Act (1982), and Section 91(24) of the Constitution Act (1867);

THE active encouragement of the provincial legislatures to do the same, or via provincial referenda; and the calling of a federal/provincial Constitutional conference to finalize these changes desired by the people of Canada, including setting a date for the final termination of Treaty and land claims submissions.
